      coffee machine fruits more holidays professional people expert in areas with some help in all situations and solve every problem good HR department

      Cons

      100 people open space without allowed separations big noise no parking for employees no benefits from overtime work to much time spending non productive duties detail evidence of work

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
