      Pros

      Very good management, very good salary and good people to work with. I learned many libraries and tools from all my projects

      Cons

      No work from home setup permanently. No free gym membership. Allowance are deducted due of pandemic. Nothing else to say

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
