      People oriented company, a lot of training and community involvement

      Cons

      Demands to much extra activities to get better salaries, not really for mature people with family that wouldn't spend more than the official 8 hours work

      Pros

      Invests in employees. Provides trainings, and follows industry standards.

      Cons

      Way too extreme. Sometimes simple solution, gets complicated because of the standards. Promotion is applied rather than earned.
