      A lot of brilliant engineers. Huge learning potential because the company has their own "cloud" and operate it. Low stress level.

      Cons

      Perl is almost everywhere, not everybody likes it.

      Pros

      People are great, I have created amazing connections and friendships along the way. Fun work environment we work hard but are able to play harder. Global reach, often connecting with people around the world.

      Cons

      Not much mobility and constant change. Hard to be stable in that kind of environment. Many times the plan is not fully complete before expecting execution and very siloed creating duplication of effort and work.
