Pros
In my time with Booking.com I have had many roles of increasing importance within the organization and have been supported it taking on additional responsibility and given lots of opportunities to grow professionally with training and real-world experience. My family & I were relocated from Australasia and the company made that very easy. I am very challenged in my role and feel that I am given everything I need to make a big impact on a huge company.
Cons
The work/life balance can be hard to maintain given the high level of personal ownership we are encouraged to take in the product, and the company could do better with things like food/coffee/the work environment, but I think they're taking that more seriously now. It's not quite Google, but it's getting better.
