Since its a Matrix organization which requires a lot of internal collaboration, sometimes it is a bit challenging

Big company with pros and cons

Pros

There are many talented co-workers working together. Some flagship products, and reach into all parts of health care - though that's through different parts of the company that don't speak to each other.

Cons

Different business units are really disjointed. There are so many layers and internal communication isn't great. Leadership changes every 5 years or less, and HR and employee relations are basically nonexistent. You can have a really great or really terrible experience here, depending on who your manager is, because they don't seem to train managers or hold them to any standards, at least in sales. I had both great and awful managers here.
