Pros

Working with professional and experienced people. The culture of respect between peers; time for personal care with flexible working hours, slow pace, etc. are good for the balance of work/personal time so no much stress and reasonable workload in the daily basis. Develop products for the Science/Healthcare investigation sector can be rewarding. Salaries are ok, just in the market range, what could be in the limit of something positive/negative.

Cons

Difficult and not very much options to promote, so is based in big scales with a lot of sub-levels. Slow pace and few challenges cannot be enough for some people looking for products with more visible impact or a more dynamic environment. After all the corporate feeling is there, with lot of bureaucracy and guidelines.
