Pros

Flexible in working from remote (already before Covid) and in letting you take up new skills (Dev, DevOps, Data Scientist)

Cons

None that I can think of. Pace of changes is not fast, but it can be actually a good thing and you do get free personal-development days and hackatons to push your skills, and free Udemy courses to learn them!
