Pros

Great people, great inclusive culture, work-life balance and employee friendly. The interviewers made the interviewee very comfortable. This made the interview perform better. I have already started recommending a lot of my friends since this organization is purpose driven.

Cons

Salary not on par with the market rate. They do not understand that inflation has spiked. No sign-in bonus and no negotiation took place.
