Pros

Important to highlight all my feedback is related to the engineering department. - A really well defined career path which defines where you are and how you grow up or even change to a different role (management, QA, development...) - Quick progression: including rol, responsibilities, competencies and salary. - Many benefits, like ticket restaurant or health insurance - Remote working :) - Really competitive salaries, over the industry average - an amazing atmosphere, everyone super nice and always looking for help (and being helped, which is also important!) - Working with top technologies and the latest methodologies, you're never get bored. - Projects are so quite interesting and challenging. - Office is really cool, with great coffee, juices, cereals, foosball (football table), videogames, etc - Values: Trust, equality, respect

Cons

- More FIN than TECH. There is a common idea the tech department is less important than other departments, like sales and dealing. But this has also some pros, like more freedom and a healthier (less competitive) environment. - Transparency (ie, public salaries, a shared long term roadmap...) - Working hours. 9.00 - 18.00 can be painful, specially on Fridays or Summer. But we have flexible hours (8-17, 10-19 or recovering hours other day) - No option to choose your OS (many developers familiarised with macos have to change to Linux)
