Pros

- You’ll be rewarded with a Nando’s for doing unpaid overtime on a Tuesday. - Bread (sometimes)

Cons

- Pay significantly below industry average, even if you get promoted you still won’t make as much in base or comms as a new starter anywhere else and the expectations on you are higher - Commission structure is built against you. 5% is 1/3 of almost every other brokerage. Commissions frequently blocked if you land a large client - they assume you will quit or be fired before they have to pay you. - Sales training is non existent. - The firing culture is so bad they hired a head of sales to turn the company around and sacked him. - everyone talks about quitting all the time, it’s the only think that keeps them sane, not a great culture - many people report not getting paid their notice period when they leave or get fired - this is a serious issue within the company and has happened multiple times
