Pros

Genuinely tried to think of one but my mind came up blank.

Cons

Portrays themselves as global fintech company but nobody has ever heard of them. Toxic company culture led by bro culture. Constant restructuring and firings for no apparent reason. 4 days in office but nothing provided in office except fruits and coffee which is absolutely basic for a ‘fintech company’. Product and tech culture is non existent - they keep portraying themselves as cream of the crop but nobody there has worked anywhere decent and has an awful God complex. Out of all the interviews I did after I left, not one knew about Ebury so that hasn’t even helped career wise. No empathy at all when letting people go and constant gaslighting about salaries when they pay below the market rate. Why do you think the average tenure for this company is so low? Not a single company benefit since I was there, and if I knew I would have never wasted my time at this company because I never got my time back. I could not recommend this company at all.
