Pros

Young team and, despite the difficulties, sometimes a good harmony is created between peers.

Cons

Lack of effective leadership: strategic decisions often change without a clear or shared vision. Over time, this creates considerable confusion. Insufficient training and inefficient management of human resources: new hires, many of whom are recent graduates, are thrown into the mix without any real preparation. Many colleagues, although willing, do not have the skills to carry out their work effectively. Very high turnover: many colleagues leave after a few months. Corporate culture lacking real attention to people, especially due to almost non-existent work flexibility and an unattractive remote working policy.

Meritocratic environment, that rewards pro-activity, curiosity and those able to execute to a high standard

Cons

Intense pace and constant drive for improvement are not suited to those who value a fixed set of requirements for their role

Pros

Flat structure means easy communication between departments. Great for learning new technologies and processes, especially if you are relatively new to the industry. Enjoyable people, but not a job you can support yourself in a city with.

Cons

The company is stuck with a start-up mentality even though it is no longer a start-up but a large global enterprise. You'll get people throughout the company asking you to do a task that takes several days at 5:00pm on a Friday and expect it done for 9:00am Monday and it is always "urgent or business critical". 90% of the time, it is not. The pay is very low compared to the amount of work you have to do. Essentially you will be involved in most aspects of the technical operations, though it's great for learning, it does take it's toll on you over time. This is the type of company you work at for a little while until something better comes along.
