POOR MANAGEMENT/HIGH EMPLOYEE TURNOVER

Pros

-The pay is good for the department I was in -Lovely clean office

Cons

- Those who have a good relationship with the "manager" are allowed to make multiple mistakes and slack off work because they are "friends" with their superior. - Lack of diversity and inclusion of others - Management lie to your face and talk behind your back pretending everything is okay - Can't make mistakes if you are not friends with management - Management makes it clear who they favour the most - Very "clique" people only speak to who they are friends with and don't attempt to be inclusive of others

Pros

Strong supportive team culture and global presence of the company enabling cross-country communication

Cons

- lack of remote working flexibility despite being a global fintech company - small bonus and limited department budget - slow progression - ineffective processes and training/learning methods and support - communication sometimes isn't great and there is generally a lack of transparency overall
