- Hard work pays off. You can really see the results of your efforts here. - Growth & learning opportunities. - Young, friendly, and collaborative team which creates a positive work environment. - International environment. Working with people from different backgrounds adds an interesting dimension.

Cons

- Only 1 day of remote work. The remote work policy is limited to just one day a week and management has a very strict control over it. - The vacation days is on the lower side when compared to the market (only 23, the legal minimum). - Social benefits could be improved (e.g., meal vouchers, parking assistance). - Occasional extra hours are expected, which is typical for the finance industry.

Having worked for Ebury for over a decade I have never been part of a company that continues to embrace such an entrepreneurial mindset. The company rewards those that work hard and achieve results with opportunities for growth as well as locating to the new offices it continues to open

Cons

Ebury is a company that rewards hard work and ability. If you want a 'job' then there are easier places to work. If you want to make a difference and can commit to coming regulary into the office with a positive mindset and with the goal to build a career, I truly believe its the best company to work for.
