very poor management - managers only care that day to day activities are being carried out - they don't care about you or your career progression - bad office environment and politics in office

Smart office, great people, fun culture Loads to learn about finance and FX

Cons

some people will struggle with targets but if you work hard, the results will come and you’ll likely experience quicker progression here than somewhere bigger/slower.
