Pros

Offices in good locations. Career structure and progression for those in the sales team.

Cons

Staff burn out and high turnover. Company doesn't meet regulatory requirements. Lucky that the FCA haven't looked at them - a house of cards. A number of the C-Suite are young and inexperienced which has negative impact on those below then. Raise a challenge to anything, even if legitimate challenge, and can easily get sacked. Toxic work place.
