Ebury gave me an opportunity that I've grabbed !
Pros
Ebury works with meritocracy! If you know what you want, if you are career driven and if you like to take challenges, then you have big chances to succeed within the company. I have a scientific background, and since I started in 2015, I've been able to develop big skills in terms of Sales, Finance, Markets, Management, and also in English! Of course you have to reach certain KPIs and sometimes it is hard!! On the other hand you will received the right reward. There are weekly sales challenges, monthly drinks, bi-annually boot camps around the world, commissions as soon as you start! Another positive point > Ebury is nowadays one of the best company in its sector, so you can rely on really strong capabilities to generate new business. Also to be mentioned here, I have travel to London, Malaga, Madrid, Sicilia, Paris and Amsterdam thanks to Ebury!
Cons
KPIs can be sometimes hard to reach and you really need to show that you go for the extra mile ! It is up to you, but as a salesperson you aim to generate new business all the time, therefore it is often that I work outside of working hours, because it has a direct result on my salary
