      Pros

      Very fast paced environment, great learning curve and reward vs performance is attractive due to the commission scheme. Continuing training and guidance is given in order to keep on developing. All and all an unique place to accelerate your career in a very challenging environment.

      Cons

      You need to perform, comes with some pressure. Those who are ambitious and self motivated will be the most successful!

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
