Know the job before you apply

Pros

The job can be rewarding if you know what you're getting into, 2 hours, cold calling and probably gonna have to deal with quite a few hang ups. If youre good with that and have strong work ethic, youll be fine. Great office location downtown Toronto, lots of coffee and food shops. Great staff, met alot of people who I am still friends with. The experience is very valuable, learn the sales process from initial cold call to the closing meeting.

Cons

Salary is a bit on the lower side, and work hours are on the higher side. As mentioned, cold calling can be stressful, so make sure that youre good with that. Also KPIs are pretty hard to hit, FX is a low margin business, but the KPIs do change a bit considering the situations (covid).
