Thank you for your comments, we are proud to work in a diverse and international team of talented professionals, and are glad that you, too, recognise this. We have recently increased the base salary for front office staff, and, combined with our performance-based rewards scheme, we believe that we offer a competitive and generous compensation package.

Pros

- Good experience in a busy sales environment with the real opportunity to hit the ground running and learn/refine your sales technique

Cons

- Upper management appeared to have little interest in their employees, their well-being, or treating them with much respect as human beings - Poor pay structure and rewards system - High daily metrics and little support made worse by a bunch of rag tag office bullies in their cliques - HR unwilling to act on poor work environment / don't appear to have the willing staff or tools - Very high employee churn due to high metrics, generally poor performance in comparison and and unwillingness for a safe and cooperative work environment

Pros

Fast growing sector Technology team is superb

Cons

Bottleneck at top - all decisions via one person (CEO) Inexperienced managers (former sales) managing inexperienced people. Country managers are made to work like junior directors who're forced to report on stupid levels of detail to justify huge investment into CRM. It suffocates sales efforts. Embarrassing approach towards career beyond first few roles - no people strategy due to CEO's inability to do things beyond his personal vision. Good people tend to leave c.12 months as a result.
