- n times amount to go to the office ( before we only required to go to the office one times a month ) - Forced PTO on Special Holidays ( first time I have encountered this kind of setup ) - Culture is becoming business centric - Attrition rate is high due to "new" policies - Again, Forced PTO on Special Holiday ( because of that, we're unable to file a PTO on preferred date like Christmas season )
