      Pros

      Lots of projects with different domain. Travelling opportunity. Five more days of holiday for people under 33. Good office location. Free coffee and tea. Friendly atmosphere. Many different communities (Running club, Counter strike, Board games,...).

      Cons

      Employees older than 33 have just 25 days of holiday. Majority of employees have desktop PC.

      Thank you for your positive review. We have already started to order notebooks so I hope that in the future you will be able to choose whether you want do work on desktop PC or notebook. We believe it is fair that all the employees have the same amount of holiday no matter the age.       Pros

      Great Enviroment. Stable contracts and long term projects. Flexible working hours and nice benefits. Good Teamleaders. Certifications and trainnings are paid.

      Cons

      Some of the clients are not really polite and they use old-fashion technologies (dead-end career path) Regarding Barcelona office the management team changed. Some people from Necsia and Birchman were hired and the management style changed (more likely to bodyshopping). Some key people is leaving or were fired so employees look worried.

This way, we can identify potential problems and find a way how to improve our company and satisfaction of our employees.
