      I learn new skills in testing and my SUL is supportive of our team.

      I fear for my job security... I have this feeling everytime my project ends or everytime I give feedback about the project and the client... I am afraid that I get on the wrong side of management and that I will lose my job...I saw it happen to my colleagues who are no longer at the company, & it makes my work unpredictable and stressful...

      Toxic environment full of bullies and gaslighters. They are well trained to make lies using the right words and to issue flip flopping statements to cover their own mistakes. Beware this company if you care of your mental health.

      As a developer, I feel trusted and empowered here. I'm given ownership of my work, and my input is actually valued. The projects are intellectually stimulating, and the pace keeps me sharp. On top of that, the people are amazing — smart, respectful, and fun to work with.
