      Pros

      I think I have a good team and the best SUL to work with. They are supportive of my growth and give me the training and attention I need to succeed. I also see there is alot of opportunity to be assigned to a good project with global companies.

      Cons

      Not many company events lately, cancelled coffee break due to typhoon. I always look forward to the company events.

      Pros

      Some are still doing their best and trying to hold things together and I respect that.

      Cons

      Honestly its getting scary. People are leaving and no one really saying anything straight. Management just spent huge amt on a virtual office instead of fixing the real problems. like seriously? We are anxious every day if next to go, and they act like everything is fine.

      Pros

      Right now, I am happy they started covering mental health in the HMO. This comes very handy since if you manage to stick around, you’ll likely need regular visits to a mental health expert to cope.

      Cons

      The culture has completely deteriorated. What was once described as a family, or at least a team, now feels like a backstabbing reality show where survival is the only objective. Collaboration has been replaced by competition, and credit is hoarded while blame is handed out freely. Management fuels this environment through fear, micromanagement, and favoritism. Morale is dangerously low, and employees are being pushed beyond their limits. It’s no longer a workplace, it’s a pressure cooker.
