Will lure you in with flowery language and opportunities for growth, but once you're in they leave you in the dust. Everyone is so bogged down pleasing unreasonable client demands that no one's looking out for the employees anymore. So much talks of improving job satisfaction, gathering surveys, with no actions being taken. No proper people management in sight, so you have people drowning in overtime work, and a number of people that are "benched" who are forced to use up all their leaves. It seems whenever management meets nothing gets done, and it's just everyone passing on the blame. That's what it is here - the blame game. Every issue has to be resolved with someone to blame, and it just leads to a toxic culture of each one to themselves, even with all the "team work" and "we're a family" talks people like to boast on LinkedIn.
