Pros

If you are curious you can learn a lot and work balance ( you can leave the office if it is 16h00 and job is not done ... no body will say anything)

Cons

Management is 100% political oriented and not performance driven, Very poor HR, a lot of Change ( every year there is a reorganization... without informing people about the added value of such changes the process is really top Down). IT system is a complete disaster, Low salary compare to others peers.

Pros

Good benefits and security as they are avoiding having to lay off. Rather flexible working hours (if you need to go to the doctor outside the compulsory hours).

Cons

As any former public monopoly consisting of a huge group, decision-making is slow, processes are outdated, the group is being led by politicians rather than business men. On top, the activity in Europe is not doing well, the opportunities to grow are very limited. It is not a place for young people who want to build a career.
