Good work-life balance (balanced against the low compensation) Depending on your area, there are genuinely good people at the company Relatively flat organizational structure

Cons

Compensation is miserable Limited career upside potential Disconnect between senior executives and everyone else Company does not value employees (views us as cheap cogs in a machine) Company morale is terrible and is reflected across the majority of non-senior management

Colleagues are friendly and nice over there. Manage to know quite a number of colleagues from various departments.

Cons

Too many restrictions to get work approved. Very low pay and low increment. The bonus is just average only.
