Pros

Good benefits and security as they are avoiding having to lay off. Rather flexible working hours (if you need to go to the doctor outside the compulsory hours).

Cons

As any former public monopoly consisting of a huge group, decision-making is slow, processes are outdated, the group is being led by politicians rather than business men. On top, the activity in Europe is not doing well, the opportunities to grow are very limited. It is not a place for young people who want to build a career.
