Huge French company with a lot of inertia and corporate culture. Internal politics often dictates promotion and career advancement.

Pros

They do fun things for their employees. Aspects of the job are fun and challenging. Talking to vendors is usually pretty fun for me.

Cons

A lot of negativity from co-workers, production based thought process that makes good people feel incompetent and breeds stress to keep numbers up, upper management feels unapproachable. Individual recognition for hard work is lacking. The pay isn't great.
