Pros

Laid back, easy going, good location.

Cons

A lot of promises are made that are not kept. A lot of perma-temps. Lack of funding for programs. A lot of professional rhetoric and no action.

Very flexible approach to its employees time Very good work life balance - very much a work hard, play hard approach Good benefits for staff such as bonus, company car, 25 days holiday private healthcare for myself and family, pension scheme. Good benefits that you an buy too such as critical illness cover, additional holiday days. Pros

Good Work Culture, Excellent opportunities for learning

Cons

HR is extremely ruthless and would literally stop at nothing to keep the compensation and benefits to bare minimum. There have been instances of people getting promoted without any increment.
