      Good stepping stone into the industry PDP graduate program is well run

      Cons

      Salary and bonus well below industry average People leave often, usually for competitors Managements main priority is incoming deals Little to no care for consultants working in the field Computer/IT setup and equipment is bare minimum "Guardian Consultant" work very mundane, not challenging
