Can up your skills and they are willing to teach. Good perks. Good pay. Some good (safe) teams to be on.

Cons

Too many teams working on different things and struggling to connect resources. Response times and accountability have been an issue. Some managers say one thing to you and say something different later. For example, what their expectations are for the job. One of those companies where the team you're on is crucial to your enjoyment.

CEO, Founder, Vision, Capabilities, teams of focused people(Engineering, IT, Finance, Legal, etc.) working together toward a common goal; supporting sales of quality products that help customers.

Cons

Unrealistic expectation from lower-level management. We all know that performance is key, so when trying to understand how the company falls short in a region or two for 3 consecutive years, it has to be the sales team and engineers, right? Then turnover is high, and yet the messaging still gets ignored by potential customers. So hire new people, put in place 'new' management styles, but get the same results. Wash, rinse, and repeat?
