Pros

Good healthcare benefit, great teamwork.

Cons

Upper management working in silos, too many conflicting policy across department. When the director/manager left, there's no guideline for new one so the new director/manager create a new policy which in conflict with the previous one. All of the sudden the KPI's is increase by more than double. For good territory, there will be enough list of contacts to call. For small/bad territory, you won't have enough contacts to call to fulfil weekly call target. Every week the director/manager will push you to make the numbers without listening why you're unable to reach the min call target. And RD's will get upset why we harass the prospects by calling them everyday.

cutting edge tech, great work life balance

Pros

Dynatrace software is cutting edge and leading the industry in observability and i am sure will continue to do so. Also work life balance is great, easy to switch off from work at the end of the day and continue doing my own things even when I am remote. The addition of wellness days and the upcoming unlimited PTO benefits are excellent.

Cons

With all the pros listed and the growth of the company, makes you want to stay for the long haul. But the compensation model of this company is very inflexible and outdated. The base salary for most coming out of college and starting here has remained stagnant for several years. Performance evaluations and merit raises take really long, the performance eval metrics are very rigid and inflexible meaning several fall behind. Also lack of stock options, bonuses and inflexible cost of living adjustments make it less appealing than its competitors

Other employees are great to work with. Remote work opportunities

Cons

No room to advance / no promotions even after about 7 years of hard work. No bonuses, Pricey benefits. Product is good but other companies are or have caught up and competition is getting more aggressive. Small raises.
