NOT a reward. - Toxic atmosphere, very much a blame culture - There are much better companies to be an SDR that offer much better benefits. - wellness days are just an excuse to bully your workforce and then post on social media that Dynatrace are big on mental health when wellness days take place.

Management only hires people they deem to not be a threat to their current position. So if they think you're better than them, get prepared for a barage of gaslighting. Management was inconsistent in their feedback and when you corrected them regarding your performance, they will repeat their criticism as if they never heard what you just said. Management is really nice to you at first, but then when the work starts they use intimidation and put downs to coerce into performing. Because, you know, I hate my job and have no passion for my field, so I need to be intimidated to be inspired. Management is childish. And the only way they advance in the company is by keeping away people they perceive to be competition. It's sad really. Somewhat of sideshow. If you have any talent, they'll stand over you in their position of authority and make you chase your tail until you quit or until they fire you.
