Pros

Its a good organization for older generations and people who like traditional ways of working. It offers a great opportunity for those who enjoy dedicating their weekends and leaves to work, with competitive compensation packages and a picturesque campus. Office structure is beautiful.

Cons

No work-life balance in this organization, and the adherence to traditional methods of operation creates a toxic and rigid environment. Specifically, within the EM department, I strongly advise against joining as the leadership is fast-paced and new employees often face bullying. The company's primary focus is on generating revenue, resulting in frequent burnouts among employees. Leaders work tirelessly, on all weekends and during their time off. This, in turn, has a domino effect on the entire team, leading to a significantly high attrition rate, which, in my opinion, is understandable given the circumstances. Overall, this organization may be suitable for individuals who are accustomed to the orthodox work culture prevalent in typical small-scale Indian organizations. However, if you are an ambitious, innovative employee who brings fresh perspectives, ideas, and a strong desire to make a meaningful impact by asking critical questions, I would advise you to look elsewhere as the organization seems incapable of adapting the modern ways of working. There are numerous other organizations that offer competitive compensation while providing opportunities to both contribute and receive value in a more fulfilling manner.

Pros

The people (excluding management) you work with on a daily basis were great

Cons

HR thinks she runs everything, which she does. She decides who gets raises and who is hired, even though she doesnt understand what qualifies a person for certain positions. They try so hard to make people believe that they "care" but as many emails as they send, it doesnt make up for their actions which show they really dont care about employees. Many, many decision are made on a whim without thinking them through. They are not open to new ideas and do not like changing their ways so if you come from another company and have advice on how to make some improvements be prepared because they dont want to hear it. The biggest problem I had was when management had an issue with something they never came to tell me so that I could fix it, instead they waited until my review to knock off points. When I said I thought it was unfair (because to me I should have been notified about it at the time, not months later) they just shrugged their shoulders. There are so many great pharma companies to work for, pass on this one!
