      Pros

      They have great pay and benefits as well as regular hours. People are friendly work hard to produce the best product possible.

      Cons

      Takes entirely too long to go through the hiring process. It takes an average of 2-3 months from the initial interview to your actual start date. The Shreveport site is behind the times with certain processes and software.

      Pros

      Excellent policies for employees. One of the best HR systems, Gives equal and fair opportunity for people to enhance their knowledge and skills. Best IT practices. It was a pleasure and honor to get a chance to be associated with this company.

      Cons

      Salary policies need to be looked at. At one level two equally deserving persons may have a huge difference in their salaries.
