1) Work is interesting. 2) Culture is great with respect to all. 3) Lots of free time and flexibility in pursuing other activities. 4) If you work it will be recognised. If you dont, well and good, somewhat like a public sector.
Cons
1) too many employees doing a particular task. 2) Plants located on outskirts of the city. 3) Responsiblity is diluted due to excess staffing
