      Pros

      The pay is competitive, and the brand has recognition. That’s the only reason I would take a job here again

      Cons

      Everyone who is forced to come into the office is not happy to be here. Either way too much work to be done or none at all, messy facilities, no perks of being in the office at all. Really just a sad environment to be in

      Pros

      Most of the jobs these days post-Covid are remote so you can work from the comfort of your own home. Pay is decent and so are the benefits and other perks like reduced cost on Dell products. A yearly bonus in April based on the company's profits is nice.

      Cons

      Dell tries to run things as tight as inhumanly possible. In my current role, I often have to field phone, chat, and web cases when I was hired to do only phone. Staffing is always an issue and as a result, the queues are always overworked, overburdened, and heavily micromanaged by people who either don't understand the job or don't care to. Poor management tactics abound, including baseless threats to you company brand and gaslighting. Overall, my experience was bad for the first four years, great for the next three, and this last year has been terrible.
