Pros

Best data science product on azure

Cons

middle mgmt is full of cool people, but are stuck in treating people like numbers, and hawk the hell out of pipeline. Expected to be online from 6am sharp to 5pm. Absolutely absurd targets; when I was there most SDRs were piping fraudulent opps just to keep their jobs. Worst HR ever

Pros

Databricks has everything you could want in a company - managers who invest in you, transparency from top-down, and a culture of innovation. I feel fortunate to work here. It’s very rare that you find people as equally talented and smart as they are good, and Databricks has it. It’s a great place to learn and develop skillsets, whether you’re looking to launch your career at a fast-growing company or ready for a new challenge.

Cons

None I can think of at the time
