Pros
If your goal is to maximize your W2, this is the place. Quintiq is one of the fastest growing companies in its space and the incoming opportunities reflect that. There is still a methodology and process to follow, but that is not unlike any other sales position.
Cons
Sales is a stressful occupation anywhere you work and Quintiq is no different. The upside greatly outweighs any negatives as there is an opportunity to make major money here.
