      Pros

      A lot of smart people. Dassualt is into everything. So there is lot of flexibility to choose career path. You really can understand the design world by being in this company

      Cons

      The company has grown too big. Too much bureaucracy. The culture has become sales heavy. It does not promote R&D ingenuity.

      - Benefits are clearly below average - Career development opportunities are very limited outside the main offices in NL, USA and MY - The HR are a catastrophy

      Time-for-time compensation and Interesting projects.

      Cons

      No incentive to follow training outside of e-learnings created by the company. Career paths are nothing more than 'get more responsibility'. Can run into limitations of the software that can be solved when not bound to the standard software.
