      OK Benefits, you can work virtual if you need to. quirky perks in the benefits package. free coffee. Lots of time off, but be careful of using in large blocks of time. you'll be swamped with work when you return

      Cons

      Little to no advancement. low pay. no personal growth. Internal policy don't work well with partners. cross train people. It doesn't hurt to have more than 1 person able to complete tasks.
