      Pros

      Its a job that pays the bills and studio positions are typically eligible for overtime.

      Cons

      I honestly don't know where to start with this place. Management in nearly non existent and when they do step in they rarely know whats going on. It seems like Dassault bought 3Dx and has no idea how to run a creative studio. There's no teamwork, no creative culture, and no leadership.

      No strategy -- CEO changes direction every few months Anyone questioning the strategy is deemed "too dumb" to understand it Poor communications at all levels Belief that anything can be built internally -- thus, infrastructure and processes significantly lag other billion dollar enterprises Many products don't work -- individually or with each other, causing customer migration and other service issues Low compensation and whimsical titles created in France that have no meaning in other markets Culture targeted at pitting employees against each other
