Cons

Work environment where you always live with the perception that someone is monitoring the movements of employees. There is the option to work remotely for only two days a week. Few people within the organization are really competent, the rest are all junior profiles with little knowledge of the environment.

English trainings, vending machine, nothing else.

Cons

This place is something like the current government in Hungary. Ad-hoc decisions, Total chaos management in every level. The experts and professionals usually leaving on short notice. They prefer to hire juniors because they are cheap and the expectations are low. You won't be able to see to many senior colleagues. Fluctuation is extremely high. 3-4 core managers on top including COO. Unfortunately they are not very popular within the NSC, but for sure they have put hard work in it.

13th and 14th salary is a possibility

Cons

-I waited for months the process to be hired, then at the last minute recuiter and HR manager lied about the reasons why I wouldnt get hired, while I provided proof -salary is too low -high workload
