Pros

Szia ;)) Nice Office - modern Free drinks - coffee, soda. No real HR process, no technical interview they provide free Language courses extremely Flexible schedule / people can arrive at 10 am, and leave at 2 and nothing happens. Lots of free time, because no one cares about what you do Easy grow opportunities if you tell mgmt what they want to hear

Cons

Under the market salaries. - when you quit, they make counter offer Study contract for courses is a joke. No Competent or professional HR support; be ready to wait for weeks and no answers No Professional HR Hiring Manager- reason why skills and experience are not relevant - not even technial interview Not clear managers line - Mgr is the friend of my friend, or sentimental relationships on chain command too... Company policy about position changes is a joke (Higher position would pay the same as your initial position) During Covid: If someone was infected the next day like nothing happened everyone was in the office. They even tried to hide if someone was infected "Please keep it confidential we going to manage the case". Regarding the the actual work, chaos management everywhere you look, on the top/central and with middle managers. No one knows what's his actual job, how we can handle the project or how we can achieve something within the project, nothing finished finally. There was and there is no Job description reflecting your future work. (Stop to hide behind excuses like job description is complex process) There was never a clear Project management methodology, this is why projects are always in RED. Management issues: Frustrated, bossy young and unexpert local leadership, Parking lot issues all the time. Despite the building is brand new the company rented 7 parking slots and 5 are reserved for managers. Because 2 of them is almost always in HO 4 parking slots are in rotation for the employees. Finding a parking place outside of the building is an impossible mission after 7 am. Professional issues: - Some people are lazy, sitting back, reacting really slowly and this attitude is accepted even after multiple "proofs of laziness". Because many people don't have responsibilities assigned, most people answer> That is not my problem/my responsibility. Many times you have to wait for someone and this attitude easily drag the positiv attitude down. Most Central leaders have no idea how a good leader should stand next to their people, and they have no clue about career development plans, or even yearly goals for the individuals - Lack of resources and with the previous points this is a nightmare in some teams. As a Cloud Engineer I had to deal with 1st level tasks all the time, because the Service Desk in Stuttgart is nothing more than a bunch of people who are only waiting a couple of years to get retired and they do not want to do anything. -but, mgmt is not willing to change anything and they only spend their time on escalations because of this. Pity salary increase, last year they gave 4,5%, and now viewing that people are seeing the reality, they increased in 12%. Finally they love make us feel their superiority, they have never told it, but everyone feel it "We are Germans, you are just a tiny Hungarian, you should do what I told you to do." I wouldn't mention that the turnover rate is extremely high, every single week at least one person leave the company.

Pros

Good office location at Kelenföld Budapest.

Cons

Horrible-Terrible upper management, they don't have a clue how to lead, talking about some central managers and the vice president who is located at Hungary. He is the only reason why this company will never move forward I think here at Budapest. They as Germans have a mentality that no ones wants to tolerate basically. Approximately 60% of the new joiners leaves the company during the probation period. They always telling us that the company moves forward which is basically not true because of the extremely high turnover rate. There's no flexibility regarding home office. If you need to manage something you have to take a day off, there's no appeal. At the same time they are making exceptions with "certain employees" (yes man type of people). The newest new joiners as far as I heard have like 3 month notice period. Congratulate for this! This is how you should manage the turnover rate problem. At the same time they try to make you stay somehow in spite of the unlivable workplace. If you want to take a training they make you sign a study contract including cheapest trainings as well. And last but not least: They don't care about the Covid19 waves at all, the rules that they have created are funny but more likely miserably. The salary is low comparing to other multinational companies at Hungary.

Pros

Things are running under the "leadership" of these people for a way too long time the chance of their firing increases day-by-day so there is a small chance NSC is going to live the next 2-3 years when this is going to happen. That's miserable the "insider people" started to write fake glassdoor reviews but this is a good sign of they're feeling their ship is sinking.

Cons

There are a lot of negative comments on this site, but I would like to point out that they are not written by 1-2 people. Dekra NSC could be a very good place to work but unfortunately it has too many faults. It has been present here in Hungary since 2020, the company could have been built up, processes could have been developed, managers could have been trained, etc. BUT the leaders hide this and even lying about everything that is not perfect yet and there are way too many things. I ask that if you read here, know that these comments, who keep hurting the leaders, are written by tonns of disappointed people who have already left the company because the management are so bored and angry that they're bullying people. They are angry because they did not meet expectations (this sometimes happens) and their ego is too big to see beyond their noses also they don't threat employees as the most important resources but rather as slaves.
