Pros

If you make the bosses lunch every day and go round their house for dinner and have a personal friendly relationship with her then you can get promotions without applying or interviewing. You just get given high profile roles at the expense of your team because you forged a special relationship, which is great if you’re good at having a crony mentality.

Cons

The company is totally unfair, biased and uses rampant favouritism without a care for treating people fairly. Not to mention their expertise in holding a grudge and pursuing a vendetta which of course leads to forcing people out that dare to have a voice. Believe me, this workplace is NOT a safe space. There were allegations made against one member of staff of extremely poor acts and those acts were promptly swept under the carpet by the director because it revealed an uncomfortable truth on the director’s own integrity and meant having to make a stand. The company is rife with bullying and bad management and overhauling the directors and management is the only way to fix the rot. The favourite(s), tend to just get all the perks of the job, work from home, free lunches, visits abroad, expenses claimed, travel paid for, extra overtime and then the rest of the staff get told off for talking at the printers or told off for asking your neighbour how their weekend was or taking 5 minutes over a lunch hour. Now we all have to go in 3 times a week as part of the post covid scheme while the cherished favourite (s) sits on the sofa working from home five days of the week, faking phone calls and not even making an appearance into the office. It’s actually a disgrace how that firm is run. It’s a soul destroying, inconsiderate, selfish place to work. There’s more that could be said but all can be said to potential candidates is AVOID. The company should be WFH now that Covid is over. The worst issues are the rampant favouritism and the toxic environment where the director picks and chooses who they wish to prop up. Awful firm.

Pros

the tasks were not that bad, but they wanted to implement too many things too fast, without proper thinking. Company events were nice. some of the colleagues were nice.

Cons

terrible salary horrible mgmt (local and german) no support during covid (no full home office, they made us wear masks all day long in the office.) In case of a positive covid test result from a colleague, they still forced us to go to the office, without doing a negative test first. they ask for honest feedback, but when you provide it to them, they will start mocking you. They force you to sign study contract for trainings which are essential for you to be able to do your daily job. They lied about benefits before contract signing. they lied about bonuses before contract signing

Pros

Free vending machine with drinks (They try to counterbalance the extremely low salary)

Cons

I don't even know where to start. First of all maybe the corona handling. We had to be all days in the office during all the COVID waves without home office opportunity, we were forced to come into the office with no negotiation. If someone was infected the next day like nothing happened everyone was in the office. They even tried to hide if someone was infected "Please keep it confidential we going to manage the case". Regarding the the actual work, chaos management everywhere you look, on the top/central and with middle managers. No one knows what's his actual job, how we can handle the project or how we can achieve something within the project, nothing finished finally. And last and but not least the "improvement time", or as we call it "Horrible time". You should spend this time to improve or invent something which or good for the company, but the problem that no one know what is on the minds of the Germans, so in the end it's a whole struggling. No one knows what we supposed to do in this 4 hours, but they make your bonus dependent on this. And finally they love make us feel their superiority, they have never told it, but everyone feel it "We are Germans, you are just a tiny Hungarian, you should do what I told you to do." I wouldn't mention that the turnover rate is extremely high, every single week at least one person leave the company.
