      Pros

      Over all company is good, work culture is good. Not good but average market paymaster.

      Cons

      Presently (2016) Cummins is going through bad phase and management removed 2,500 employees globally and approx. 250+ in India. Management is not giving reason while removing these employees i.e. ruthlessly removal of employees. Even Good performer was also removed for petty reason.

      Pros

      The pay is good, benefits are pretty solid and you do work with some great people. No doubt this company is coming out of a funk - bad managers, poor culture and absolutely no work life balance. I considered leaving - but I saw some changes that gave me hope. I'm seeing more and more improving. Time will tell what happens.

      Cons

      There's a lot of work with not as many people to do it, so that can still make work life balance tricky.
