Pros

The last 6 months have been great. From the moment I joined I felt welcomed in the team and everyone was willing to support and share their knowledge. It's a great technology in a very relevant space and to be part of the journey this massive growth company is going through is a privilege. The momentum behind the company is huge with new customer acquisitions, analyst reviews and industry awards... I'm looking forward to the next 6 months and beyond!

Cons

A few minor teething problems that you would expect with a fast growing business and sometimes communication can be lacking, but these minor issues are nothing compared to the benefits of working here.

Pros

+ A lot of talented & kind people + A positive work environment + The management cares about its employees as individuals + The work is challenging, and CrowdStrike is leading a growing industry + It has a very active Cat Pictures chat room

Cons

- Organisational structure can be confusing at times - Some architectures (build, test, etc.) are suffering from its startup past, and have not scaled up nor grown as quickly as the company has, which can impede work more than it should - The company life/culture isn't always palpable, it can feel a bit bland at times

Pros

Market - CrowdStrike is in an unbelievable growth-market. If you read the news, you’re aware that cyber security is a big problem. The market is $75 billion today and will be $175 billion in 2020 (Yes, that's $100bb in 3 years). Executive Team - CrowdStrike's executive team are industry veterans with deep industry experience. From vision to business connections, having founders who have been in the industry for decades has had a huge impact on our growth and trajectory. Culture - From my point of view, CrowdStrike's culture is one of both accountability and autonomy. Everyone really seems to care about the company's mission and the founders' vision. This helps create a "one team one dream" culture.

Cons

I am in the Bay Area office (Sunnyvale) and we are growing so quickly that we have run out of space on several occasions. This has caused less than ideal working conditions -- lack of desks, having to spill over into conference rooms, etc. That said, I have experienced the same problem before at another high-growth company, and it is a small price to pay to be apart of a rocket ship. Upper management has also acknowledged the situation and is being proactive and transparent about expansion plans.
