Pros

Great cyber security company with a sense of purpose. Great products and some of the best people in cyber security are part of the team. One of the reasons i joined the company was the feedback from current customers. At the end of the day thats the only way a company will thrive is through great happy customer who only help make the product better. Investment from Google validates the above statement :) ( Crowdstrike is first cyber security investment for Google)

Cons

Improve on marketing strategy- the more leads that come in the more revenue grows!

Pros

Its a job that pays well. The benefits are amazing. Great work life ballance

Cons

After almost six years, I was laid off due to AI changes. Eight months later, the same role is open again—but it’s no longer what it used to be. What was once a logistics/engineering job is now mostly data entry: copying information between tickets, emails, vendors, and procurement systems, plus meetings to discuss that work. There’s little opportunity for growth, and the role has become a dead end. It was a place for inovation but now its plaged with professional fence sitters. It was once a place that encouraged innovation, but the culture has shifted toward excessive caution. Decision-making often gets delayed, and conversations frequently end with “let’s take this offline,” which can slow progress and limit momentum. If you ask for career growth, they will tell you they will "look into it" but in my 6 years there not a single clear path.
